Agreement to Terms
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the E-Salax website, mobile application, and related services. By creating an account or using E-Salax, you agree to these Terms.
If you are using E-Salax on behalf of a business, you represent that you have authority to bind that business to these Terms.
Services
E-Salax enables court owners to manage courts, schedules, bookings, and payments, and enables players to discover and book courts. Features may change over time as we improve the platform.
Account Registration
You must provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
Court owner accounts may be subject to review and approval. We may suspend or reject accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.
Bookings and Payments
Booking availability, pricing, cancellation rules, and refunds are set by court owners unless otherwise stated on the platform. E-Salax facilitates bookings but is not the operator of physical court facilities.
You agree to pay all fees associated with your bookings. Failed or disputed payments may result in suspended access to services.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use E-Salax for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes.
- Interfere with platform security or attempt unauthorized access to systems or data.
- Upload false, misleading, or infringing content.
- Harass other users or court owners.
- Reverse engineer or copy the platform except as permitted by law.
Intellectual Property
E-Salax and its content, branding, software, and design are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive license to use the platform for its intended purpose.
Disclaimer
E-Salax is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, E-Salax shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or if required for security or legal reasons. You may stop using the platform at any time.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by applicable laws in Somalia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes shall be resolved in competent courts in Mogadishu, unless otherwise required by mandatory law.
